How long does delivery take?
Every frame is made to order. Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, and delivery across India usually takes another 3–7 days. Choose Express at checkout and we make yours first and dispatch it in 1–2 working days. You'll get an email with a tracking link when it ships.
Can I personalise the plaque?
Yes. Every 3D car frame has an engraved brass plaque: write up to 24 characters and change the line of text above it. Photo Keepsakes can have a plaque too. You'll see a live preview, in the frame finish you choose, before you add it to your cart.
How do the Photo Keepsakes work?
Upload your photo when you order. We print it, set it in a deep shadow box with preserved flowers and, if you like, add an engraved brass plaque. Clear, well-lit photos work best.
Are the miniature cars real die-cast models?
Yes. Our frames feature detailed miniature die-cast cars, selected for their look and quality.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes — tick "Gift wrap it" on the product page and add a message. We'll handwrite it on a card and wrap the frame in our keepsake packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery. Online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking) is coming soon.
Do you ship for free?
Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,999.
Can I return or exchange a frame?
Personalised frames can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free. Details on our Returns & refunds page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't started making it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, with your order number. Once engraving or printing has started, the order can't be changed or cancelled. See Returns & refunds.
