Where we deliver
We deliver to most PIN codes across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees and Ekart). If your PIN code can't be served, we'll contact you before making your order.
Delivery options
- Standard: ₹99, and free on orders over ₹2,999. Your frame is made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days, then usually arrives 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Express: ₹199 on any order. We make your order first and dispatch it within 1–2 working days, by our fastest courier, so it usually arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and can be longer for remote areas or during festivals.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most orders (₹49).
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, we email (and text) you the courier name and tracking number. You can follow every step live on your order page, or on Track an order with your order number and email.
If delivery fails
The courier usually makes up to three attempts. Please keep your phone handy and make sure your address and PIN code are complete. Parcels that can't be delivered come back to us — see Returns & refunds.
Damaged in transit?
Every frame is packed carefully. If yours arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free — see Returns & refunds.
