About us
This website is run by Momento Gift ("momento.gift", "we", "us"), a small studio in India that makes personalised framed keepsakes. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you see the order confirmation page and receive our confirmation email. Every piece is made to order, so we may contact you if we have a question about your plaque text or photo. If we can't make your order for any reason, we'll tell you and refund everything you paid.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price you see at checkout — including any frame finish, gift wrap, shipping and cash-on-delivery fee — is the total you pay.
Payment
- Pay online: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Cash on delivery (COD): available on most orders, with ₹49 for COD handling. You pay the courier in cash or by UPI when your parcel arrives.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling and content of your plaque text before you order — we engrave exactly what you type. Please only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing offensive or unlawful; we may decline such orders and refund you.
Brand names
Car models and other names on our frames are used only to describe what the frame shows. Momento Gift is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any car manufacturer, racing team or other brand or character owner. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Handmade pieces
Each frame is assembled by hand, so small differences in colour, finish and placement from the photographs are normal and are not defects.
Our responsibility
We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
